Maeng Byeongtae has it all — a privileged background, a flawless physique, and more than enough where it counts. As a personal trainer, women were just passing distractions, good for relieving tension and nothing more. But everything changes when Seo Jihye walks into his gym. A new client. A married woman. The kind of trouble Byeongtae usually avoids without a second thought. And yet, something about Jihye — her quiet poise, the way loneliness clings to her — begins to shake his resolve.

Deuteronomy follows the story of a young boy named Sesom, who is destined to free his people from slavery. They live deep underground in a cave that has but one exit, which is under control by their slave masters. This cave is overrun with famine, disease, and unforgiving death. In order to free his people from this cruel circumstance, Sesom must overcome insurmountable odds, both internally and externally. He must be willing to sacrifice not only his own life but the lives of even his dearest companions. Is it worth it? Do the ends justify the means? What cost are you willing to pay to be free?
