An official, partial manga adaptation of 86-Eighty-Six Light Novel Volume 4, set after what happens in cour 2, Episode 22 and 23 of the anime. This was the winner among entries submitted in the Kadokawa-sponsored Dengeki Bunko Comic Contest commemorating the release of V4, around April 2019.

Seemingly delinquent high schooler Nakamura-kun is actually shy at heart with dexterous hands and as skilled as any domestic goddess. One day, she learns through a vision that she will marry her fellow classmate, Kishida, who likes her and isn't shy at all about expressing his love for her. This is the story of the two lovebirds and the daily struggle for the easily embarrassed Chiyo to turn down Kishida's advances (both in reality and in her visions) while ignoring her developing feelings...

Takuya Enoki is living a difficult life for a fifth grader. Simultaneously, said pâtissier tries to work up the courage to ask for her name, failing to do so with each attempt. As the woman returns to the same shop time and time again, the pâtissier must find a way to approach her if he wants to ever learn her name.
